check covers at least half the total fees due, and is dated

If a student is unable to attend for
medical reasons, all money deposited will be credited towards
future camp tuition. A written report signed by a medical
doctor must be received by BARRON HOCKEY ACADEMY within seven days
of cancellation to qualify for the credit.
BARRON HOCKEY ACADEMY reserves the right to assign students to the
group that is most appropriate to their skill level.

Free Transportation
Free transportation will be provided daily for the players from Aliso Viejo Ice Palace to Orange County Ice Palace, Yorba Linda. Parents who cannot drop their kids at Yorba Linda can participate in this program. To particiapate in the transportation program, please complete the Permission Slip and mail along with the registration form to the address listed on the registration form.
